RE: Recruitment of Young Leaders’ Congress (YLC) 2010 Organizing Committees and

Live your legend, Work out your YLC
2010!
I am writing on behalf of Young Leaders’ Congress (YLC) 2010 Executive
Committee to cordially invite you to be the Organizing Committee members or
Mentors for YLC 2010. I have no doubt that your participation in the previous
YLC has added spice to your school life and sharpened your leadership skills.
This year we are going to make a structural change for YLC. We are recruiting
YLC past participants or other talented leaders to form YLC organizing
committees. It will not only enlarge the scale of upcoming YLC but also offer
you a valuable opportunity to be a leader in YLC. Four departments have been
established as follows,
1. Promotion Department
(To promote YLC 2010 through different strategies e.g. websites and posters)
2. Marketing Department
(To found the financial back up of YLC by negotiation for sponsorship)
3. Administrative Department
(To co-ordinate all administrative issues e.g. venue management)
4. Programme Development Department
(To work out the structural content and activities details of YLC with
flexibility and even lead the operation during YLC)
In addition to four departments, Mentors are also recruited.
5. Mentors
(To lead the participants in the activities of YLC and guide them to finish a
proposal)
I am sure your participation would by all means contribute to the resounding
success of YLC 2010. If you are interested in helping us, please reply this
email to osu.ylc@gamil.com before 9 October 2009 and provide the following information,
1. Your name and your school name
